Her obituary: Jewell D. Warme, 86, Marietta Resident. Jewell Dodd Warme, 86, of Marietta died Saturday, Jan. 31. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home in Marietta, with the Rev. Gordon Thompson and Dr. Charles A. Sineath officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery in Marietta. A lifelong resident of Cobb, Ms. Warme was a lifetime member of First United Methodist Church of Marietta and a member of the Fellowship Sunday School Class. She was a retired teacher for the Cobb County School System and the Atlanta School System. Survivors include her husband, Walter H. Warme Sr.; two daughters, Julie W. Cone of Marietta and Ellen W. Hanson of McLean, Va.; one son, Walter H. Warme Jr. of Alexandria; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and nieces and nephews. Contributions can be made to the Mission Fund of the First United Methodist Church, 56 Whitlock Avenue, S.W., Marietta, GA. 30064.
