Paul Grover Busby, 78, 1030 NE Ninth St., died yesterday in a local hospital. A native of Oklahoma, he came here six years ago from Valdosta, Ga., and was a retired public school teacher and Baptist minister. He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church, Gainesville, and Pierce Lodge 144 AF&AM, Calvert, Tex. Survivors include two brothers, Tom Busby and William Busby, both of Oklahoma; two sisters, Mrs. Grace Miller, Washington, D.C., and Mrs. Gene Wall, Texas.
