Her obituary: Hill. Nancy Davis Hill, age 67, of Kennesaw, GA died Wednesday, May 3, 2000. Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon, Saturday at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw with burial to follow at Pine Ridge Memorial Park. A native of Hickman, KY, Mrs. Hill moved to Kennesaw, GA in 1970 from DeKalb County. She was a teacher at Sprayberry High School for 7 years, Cherokee County High School for 2 years, and retired from McEachern High School in the Cobb County School System after 15 years of service. Mrs. Hill was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She was preceded in death by her son, the late Albert Barnett Hill, III. Survivors include 3 sons, Stephen King Hill, Buford, GA; Robert Wade Hill, Marietta, GA; John Richard Hill, Jasper, GA; brother, C.K. Davis, Paducah, KY; 3 granddaughters, Jennifer A. Hill, Amy N. Hill both of Kennesaw, GA, Ashley M. Hill, Jasper, GA; 2 grandsons, Christopher W. Hill, Powder Springs, GA; Johnathon R. Hill, Jasper, GA. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. 770-422-7299.
