His obituary: George Edward Macleod, June 18, 1935 – November 27, 2010. George Edward MacLeod, 75, of Marietta, died November 27, 2010. Mr. MacLeod was a retired school teacher. During his career he taught math at The Marist School, Sprayberry High School, and Southern Tech. Ed was an active member of Holy Family Catholic Church where he was a lector, led Bible study, and a leader of R.C.I.A. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean MacLeod and is survived by his children, Matthew Edward MacLeod (Patricia), Timothy James Embry (Kay), Paige Tyson (Thornton); grandchildren, Connor MacLeod, Trinity MacLeod, Alexandria Wiltberger, John Embry, James Embry, Zoe Tyson, Henry Tyson; and great granddaughter, Charlotte Wiltberger. Arrangements under the direction of H.M. Patterson & Son-Arlington Chapel, Sandy Springs, GA.
