Her obituary: Mrs. Motter. Mrs. Beverly Canestaro Motter, of Marietta, died Saturday. Memorial service will be at 4:30 p.m. Monday at St. Catherine's Episcopal Church on Holt Road with Father David Wayland officiating. A native of Courtland, N.Y., Mrs. Motter was an English teacher at Sprayberry High School and a former member of the board of directors for the Cobb-Marietta Ballet. Survivors include her husband, Richard Motter of Marietta; a son, Russell Motter of Honolulu, Hawaii; two daughters, Angela Motter of Atlanta and Mariea Motter of Marietta; a brother, Carmen Canestaro of Ithaca, N.Y.; two sisters, Angela Phelps of Syracuse, N.Y., and Marie Potash of Ft. Worth, Texas; one grandchild. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
