Southern Tech student. William K. Ragsdale, 20, of Marietta, died Thursday. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Collins Funeral Home of Acworth. Burial will be in Liberty Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to Link Counseling Center, 218 Hilderbrand Drive, NE, Atlanta, GA. Mr. Ragsdale was a junior at Southern Tech and was on the dean's list. He participated in a cooperative education program with IBM. He was a 1984 graduate of Sprayberry High School. He was vice president of the Atlanta Star Trek Society. Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Ragsdale of Marietta; aunts and uncles.
