His obituary: Jeffrey Kent Billue, 24, Marietta businessman. Jeffrey Kent Billue, 24, of Marietta, died Thursday. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Floral Hills Cemetery in Tucker, the Rev. Gene Prince officiating. A native of San Diego, Mr. Billue moved here in 1975 and was a 1981 graduate of Sprayberry High School. He was the owner and operator of Quality Home and Design of Marietta and a member of the Presbyterian faith. He is survived by his parents, Sidney and Barbara Billue of Marietta; sister Debra Bay of Athens; maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Carl Miller of Stone Mountain; aunts and cousins. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Jeffrey Billue Memorial Fund, c/o Charter Peachford Hospital, 2151 Peachford Road, Atlanta, 30338. Winkenhofer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
