Her obituary: Ms Vickie Elaine Vice, 45, Cobb County resident. Vickie Elaine Vice, 45, of Cobb County died Monday, July 23, 2007. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home in Marietta. A Cobb County native, Ms. Vice was employed by International Visa Services of Sandy Springs. Survivors include two sons, Mark T. Hallett Jr. of Eagle River, Wis. and Bradley C. Booth of Hiram; one daughter, Melissa J. Hallett; her parents, Shirley A. Carmicahel of Ellijay and Donald C. Vice of Marietta; two brothers, Gregory L. Vice of Marietta; two sisters, Linda A. Simons of Acworth and Diane F. Martin of Marietta; and one grandchild. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
