His obituary: Mr Samuel Curtis Rowell Jr, 46. Samuel Curtis Rowell Jr., 46, of 1252 County Road 232, Muscadine, Ala., died Oct. 15, 2007.
Mr. Rowell was born in Fulton County on July 21, 1961, to the late Samuel Curtis Rowell Sr. and Jackie Weaver Rowell of Carrollton. He was employed as an electrician. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Nicole Rowell. Survivors besides his mother include his wife, Carla Teague Rowell of Muscadine, Ala.; daughters, Natalie Stanek of Lawrenceville, Ashley Fleischman of Lawrenceville, Christine Meeks of Lawrenceville, Allison Rowell of Chesapeake, Va., and Sammi Jo Rowell of Muscadine; son, William Curtis Rowell of Chesapeake, Va.; sisters, Jill Steele of Tallapoosa, Robin Woods of Whitesburg and Suzzette Rowell of Anchorage, Alaska; brother, Randy Rowell of Canton; two grandchildren and a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Oct. 17, at 4 p.m. at Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel in Buchanan with Brother Danny Mason and Brother Jim Cox officiating. Music will be by Charles Teague, Chuck Teague, Sherry Proels and Jill Steele. Burial will follow in the Buchanan Cemetery.
