His obituary: Mr. Simpson. James David Simpson, 18, 1831 Jamerson Road, Marietta died Monday from injuries received in an automobile accident in Cherokee County. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Albert M. Dobbins Funeral Home chapel, Marietta, with the Rev. Frank Pritchett officiating. Burial will be in Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Simpson was born in Jasper County, Fla., and had lived in Cobb County most of his life. He attended Sprayberry High School and was employed by the Harrison Landscaping Co. He was a member of the Holy Springs Baptist Mission. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Max D. Simpson, Marietta; two sisters, Wanda Michelle and Donna Maxine Simpson, both of Marietta; grandmother, Mrs. C.R. Brown, Marietta; several aunts and uncles.
