His obituary: Kirk, Michael. Michael Kirk, 53, of Canton, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2015 at his residence. Graveside services are scheduled for 11:30 am Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at the Georgia National Cemetery with Pastor Chip Ray officiating. Mr. Kirk served in the U.S. Navy and was a painter. He enjoyed fishing, pool and cards. Survivors include his wife, Klarissa Kirk; children Jonathan Kirk, Kevin Stephens, Brad Stephens, Alexis Stanley, Rachael Kirk and Brody Stephens; father, Jack Kirk; sister, Janet Townsend; one granddaughter, Lexi.
