He is survived by his life partner, Russell Martin; mother, Donna Thompson (James); father, Terry Bolch (Tina); sisters, Kelly Bolch, Kimberly Lentz (Rick); brother Ryan Thompson; mother-in-law, Patricia Grisson; aunt and uncle, Roddy and Annie Roy and family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Red Cross. A private service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by H.M.
