Her obituary: Selena Marcella Hamrick, May 13, 1960 – August 23, 2022. Selena Hamrick, age 62, of Fairmount, Georgia passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at her home. She was born May 13, 1960 to Cheseley and Shirley Taylor in Marietta, Georgia. Selena is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Rachel and Kevin Hamrick of Ranger; grandson, Timothy Hamrick of Ranger; granddaughter-in-law, Katie Haynes of Ranger; granddaughter and her fiance, Ashlynn Hamrick and Dennis Millsap; sister and brother-in-law, Andrea and Wendell McPherson of Calabash, North Carolina; brother, Craig Demunbrun of Fort Mill, South Carolina. Three grandchildren and several other family members also survive. Funeral Services will be held 3:00 p.m., Thursday, August 25, 2022 in the Chapel of Roper Funeral Home with Reverend Jason Hancock officiating. Interment will follow in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at Roper Funeral Home, Thursday, August 25, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until the funeral hour. Arrangements are entrusted to the Staff of Roper Funeral Home and Crematory.
