Graveside services were to be today at 2 p.m. at Rolling Hills Memory Gardens with the Rev. Dennis Coley officiating. Survivors include father, Melvin Mincey of Marietta: brother Byron Kyle Mincey of Marietta; two sisters, Sheila Kim Mincey and Amy Quinn Mincey, both of Marietta; grandmother, Eva Gamblin of Atlanta; grandfather, Lloyd Sailors of Atlanta. Norman Medford Funeral Home, Marietta, is in charge of arrangements.
