Ms. Groover was born on June 20, 1959, in Marietta, GA to William Larkin Buddy Groover, Jr. and Melanie Hoorn Groover. She was a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church. She is survived by her father, Williams Larkin Buddy Groover, Jr. of Hartwell, GA; and sister, Beverly Arthur of Iva, SC, and his preceded in death by her mother, Melanie Hoorn Groover.
