Her obituary: Tucker, Deborah Hammock. Deborah Hammock Tucker, 48 of Marietta died Tuesday, January 30, 2007. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 3, 2007 at Maple Avenue United Methodist Church, Marietta, Georgia with the Revs. Mark Nugent and Randy Kanipe officiating. Burial will be at Kennesaw Memorial Park, Marietta. Mrs. Tucker was born in Miami, Florida and lived in Cobb County most of her life. She was a retired bus driver for the Cobb County Schools System. Mrs. Tucker was a member of the Maple Avenue United Methodist Church, Marietta, Georgia. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Tucker of Marietta; two daughters, Sandy Wexler & her husband, Sgt. Thomas Wexler of Kennesaw; Amy Alday & her husband Bryon of Asheville, NC; son, SSgt. Matthew Tucker & his wife, Jamie of Ft. Campbell, KY; father, Ed Hammock of Marietta; sister, Carol Hammock of Marietta; four grandchildren, Phoenix Davies, Aysia Davies, Lily Tucker and Riley Kate Wexler; nieces and nephews. Her mother, Mary Griffin Hammock, preceded Mrs. Tucker in death. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home in Marietta, Georgia. (Placed by family)
