His obituary: Mr. Muster. Sam A. Muster, 22, 3625 Mountain Road, Marietta, died Monday from injuries sustained in an airplane crash in Anderson, S.C. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday from St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father John McShane, S.M. officiating. Burial will be in Cheatham Hill Memorial Park. Mr. Muster was born in Cobb and had lived here most of his life. He was a 1976 graduate of Sprayberry High School, where he was a student commander of ROTC during the 1975 – 76 academic year. He attended Southern Tech and Marietta-Cobb Area Vocational-Technical School. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. For the past two years he had lived in Anderson. He was an electrical mechanical technician with Michelin Tire Co. Survivors include parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.C. (Bill) Muster of Marietta; sister, Teresa Ann Buckner; brother, Timothy John Muster, all of Marietta; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Savoie of Houma, La., and Mr. and Mrs. W.J. Muster of Marietta; several aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends from 7 – 9 p.m. tonight at the Hay-Gantt Funeral Home in Marietta.
