A funeral service will be held 2:30 pm Wednesday, October 2, 2019, in the chapel of Carmichael Funeral Home in Smyrna. Interment will be in Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Waters is survived by her husband James Waters, brother Gene (Sharon) Freund of Wisconsin, sister Beth (Richard) Arenberg of Brookhaven, many nieces, and nephews.
