Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Acworth, with the Rev. Paul Vance officiating. A native of Jackson County, Mr. Epps was an electrician. He was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Joanie E. Barrett; one daughter, Cristy Epps of Houston, Texas; mother, Margaret Epps of Acworth; one brother, Tim Epps of Acworth; and nieces. Medford-Peden Funeral Home in Marietta is in charge of arrangements.
