Her obituary: Wigington - Alisa 'Lisa'. Annette Wigington, 50, of Jasper died Friday, May 15th, 2006. Born March 28th, 1956 in Cobb County, Georgia. A Georgia resident all of her life, Lisa was Baptist in faith, and a member of Mount Arbor Baptist Church, she received a degree as an interior decorator. She is survived by her husband, Gary Wigington, Jr. of Marietta; parents, Lorane and Bonnie Pope of Marietta; brothers, Randy Pope of Spring Hill, TN, Anthony Pope of Kennesaw and Michael Pope of Villa Rica; one grand-daughter, Taylor Wigington of Marietta, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, May 17th, 2006 at Medford-Peden Funeral Home in Marietta. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Lung Cancer Alliance 888, 16th Street NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20006. She was a loving wife and my best Friend. (Placed by family)
