His obituary: William Bill Edward Barnes Beach Jr, 57. William Bill Edward Barnes Jr., 57, died July 24, 2012, at his residence. He was born in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada, coming to Vero Beach two years ago from Cocoa Beach. He was a construction consultant. Survivors include his daughters, Breann Moya and Brittany Barnes, both of Houston, Texas; mother, Marie K. Barnes of Destin; and brother, Robert Thomas Tommy Barnes of Destin. He was preceded in death by his father, William Edward Barnes; and sister, Sandra Elizabeth Casey. Services: A memorial service will be in Destin at a later time.
