Charles Sergent. Charles died on July 12, 1985.
His obituary: Mr. Sergent. Charles R. Sergent Jr., 31, of Marietta died Friday. Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday in the chapel of the Hay-Gantt Funeral Home with the Rev. C. Scott May officiating. Burial will be in Kennesaw Memorial Park. A lifelong resident of Marietta, Mr. Sergent graduated from Sprayberry High School in 1972.
Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Wand Sergent of Marietta; one sister, Lynne Parson of Marietta; one brother, Bruce Sergent of Utica, Mich.; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Hay-Gantt Funeral Home of Marietta is in charge of arrangements.
