Thursday, November 12th, 1953 – Wednesday, February 27th, 2019. Nora Jean Joiner, age 65, of Canton, Ga passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at her residence. She was an avid gardener and a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a devoted friend to many in the community and a member of Faith Family Church, Bells Ferry Road Acworth. She was a faithful daughter of The King and a faithful warrior of Christ. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 PM, on Saturday, March 2, 2019, from the Faith Family Church with Pastor Tommy White, and Pastor Donald Saglimbini officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, February 28, 2019, and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, March 1, 2019 at South Canton Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by, Parents: Keat & Mary Thompson; Father-in-Law: John Joiner; Survivors include: Husband – Mike Joiner; Son – Dave (Sabrina) Joiner; Daughter – Julie (Jeremy) Tubbs; Daughter By Love – Mei Mei (Li-LanTang); Grand Daughter – Ella Kate Tubbs; Siblings – Mary Ann (Edwin) Andrews; Alan Thompson, Lamar Thompson, Gary (Sarah) Thompson
