His obituary: Ralph Jimmy Ivie Jr., February 19, 1953 – October 25, 2010. Mr. Ralph Jimmy Ivie, Jr. 57 of Summerville, GA died Monday, October 25, 2010. Mr. Ivie was raised in Marietta, GA where he graduated from Sprayberry High School. Jim served as a firefighter for Cobb County and later in life he worked as an LPN at various medical facilities. He is survived by his daughter, Kayla Ivie of Taylorsville, GA; son, Robbie Pittman of Dallas, GA; mother, Jonan Ivie of Summerville, GA; sister, Cindy Gayton of Summerville, GA; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
