It is with a sad heart we announce that Nila Deloris Owens, age 68, passed away on October 17, 2021. She was preceded in death by her father Roy Scott and husband Mitchell Carlton Owens. She is survived by her mother, Nila Lucille Scott, daughter Valerie Marks, son-in-law Carl Marks, son Jonathan Owens, sister Rita Hardin and her husband Steve and brother Roy and his wife Evelyn.
