Her obituary: Mary K. Turner, 36, registered nurse. Mary Katherine Turner, 36, of Marietta, died Saturday. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Shady Grove Baptist Church, Marietta, with the Rev. Bill King officiating. The body will be at the church at 1 p.m. Mrs. Turner was born in North Carolina and moved to Marietta in the 1969s. She was a registered nurse for Cobb Community Services. Survivors include her husband, Steve Turner; her daughter, Laura Katherine Turner, all of Marietta; her mother, Mrs. Mary Frazier, and two sisters, Mrs. Jackie Frazier and Lucinda Frazier, all of Waynesboro, N.C. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. today at Hay Gantt Funeral Home, Marietta.
