Her obituary: Leavell, Patricia Elizabeth. Patricia Leavell, 67, of Cartersville, GA passed away Thursday, May 4, 2017. She was born December 7th, 1949 in Thomasville, GA and raised in Marietta, GA, daughter of Ernest and Doris Cassidy. Patricia was preceded in death by her granddaughter Krystle Anderson and brother Fred Cassidy. She is survived by daughters, Deanna Gore (Ricky), Christy Dixon (Tawa Flancher), sons, Blaine Orton (Lisa) and Jeff Huffman (Chasney). Eleven Grandchildren, Wendy Orton, Alan Anderson, Steven Dixon, Breanna Dixon, Cole Flancher, Brittany Orton, Lauren Orton, Benjamin Orton, Nicholas Orton, Chandler Huffman, and Ava Huffman. Sisters Nancy Cassidy, Peggy Wilson, sister-in-law Judi Cassidy, brother and best friend Richard Cassidy and many nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 13th, 2017, 11am at Shady Grove Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shady Grove Baptist Church, 1654 Bells Ferry Road, Marietta, GA 30066.
