Mrs. Delk is survived by her husband, William Spratlin Delk; sons Mark Delk and Richard (Tammy) Delk; grandchildren, Jared (Tori) Delk and Andrew Delk. Mrs. Delk was preceded in death by her parents, Grover and Margie Padgett; and brother, Gene Padgett.
