Survivors include wife, Brenda Seabolt Hicks, Cumming; sons and daughter-in-law, Eric and Toni Hicks, Cumming, Brett Hicks, Winder, Mark Hicks, Cumming; grandson, Enoch Paschal Hicks; father-in-law, Loy Seabolt, Dahlonega; and a number of cousins and other family members also survive. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 18, 2003, 11 a.m. Ingram Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Johnny Foster, Elder Hoyt Sims, Mr. Mike Riggs officiating. Interment Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.
